I support individuals in their desire to heal and improve their quality of life. Sessions are focused on the development of concrete skills to manage emotions and thought patterns which influence our behaviors in conjunction with EMDR, a quick and effective treatment for trauma, anxiety, phobias and a variety of other areas of concern. As with any community, mountain communities have their own unique culture. I live and work in this community allowing me to relate to the dynamics of mountain living. Clients have described me as straightforward and "no nonsense". I create an active healing environment, more than just talk therapy.
